Registration for 2025–2026 Kindergarten

Welcome to Jordan Elementary School

Thursday, January 23, from 6:00–7:00 p.m. in the Jordan Elementary School Multipurpose Room. Our focus will be introducing our school community to new and returning JES families. We will be sharing information to support parents/guardians in our school and district, and provide an overview of the various programs and opportunities we offer students.

We will also have time for questions about our school and programs. Our goal is to serve the needs of the parents/guardians of our youngest students. In order for us to keep this as our main focus, only parents/guardians should be in attendance at the in-person meeting.

This event will be live streamed on the Jordan Public Schools YouTube page.

Welcome to Kindergarten

Thursday, February 20, from 4:00–4:45 p.m. or 5:00–5:45 p.m. at Jordan Elementary School. Families may choose the session that best fits their schedule. Attendees should join us in the JES Media Center, where the evening will begin with a short welcome from Ms. Barnett, JES Principal.

After the welcome, families will have time to visit the Kindergarten classrooms and teachers, complete a scavenger hunt around the school, turn in their letter of intent, and enjoy cookies and milk. This event is intended for 2025–2026 Kindergarten students and their families.

Step 1: Enroll Online

• If needed, a video tutorial is available as a guide for parents or guardians on how to use our online registration tool.

To enroll in Kindergarten – Deadline is February 15, 2025

• If you are new to the district and do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal, begin your registration by visiting the New Family Registration Portal.
• If you are a current family in the district and have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal, log into your Parent Portal, choose More > Online Registration > Begin Registration.
• If you are a current family in the district and do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal, contact the District Office at 952-492-6200 to set up your account.

Are You Open Enrolling to Jordan Public Schools?

• Please complete the Open Enrollment form and return it with your registration packet.

Step 2: Screening

All incoming Kindergarten students need an early childhood screening. If you haven't already done so, visit the Jordan Schools Screening page to schedule your screening.
