Media & Technology
Welcome Students to our Media & Technology Class. Yes, this is our class. I am very excited to go along this learning journey with you as we explore many things Media and Technology has to offer. From Keyboarding with 2nd thru 4th graders to learning about about coding, Google Suite programs, and what it means to be safe online. Our full year learning journey takes us on some amazing opportunities, I am excited to come along for the ride with you.
Birthday Book Club
The Birthday Book Club is a fun and meaningful way for students to give back to our Media Center. Families can make a donation that allows their child to choose a brand-new book from our special collection. A commemorative sticker is placed in the book to recognize your child’s contribution to the library.
Each month, students celebrating birthdays will be invited to participate. If your child has a birthday this month or earlier in the school year, they may have already received their book or will be called soon. Please check in with your child to see if they’ve had a chance to select their birthday book.
Participation forms are typically shared by classroom teachers. If you have questions or need an extra form, feel free to reach out to the Media Center.
